Scope of Work
As an associate at OPA, you will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects, including but not limited to:
Tax Compliance: Preparing and filing individual, corporate, S corporation, partnership, estate and trust, and non-profit tax returns.
Tax Planning: Assisting clients with strategic tax planning to minimize liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.
Estate Planning: Helping clients create comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and beneficiary designations.
Accounting and Auditing Services: Performing GAAP compilation, review, and audit services, as well as agreed-upon procedures engagement.
Bookkeeping: Managing financial records, including daily transactions and monthly reconciliations.
Forensic Accounting: Conducting forensic accounting investigations for business purchases, divorces, and other legal matters.
Business Consulting: Providing advice on business valuations, succession planning, and other strategic business decisions.
